No elevator and they put us on the top floor!! Wanted us to pay more for a lower level Floors are filthy Staircase was discussing and hot I do not recommend this place They could have given us a lower level easily but chose not to! Terrible staff, nice rooms, dirty floors not swept enough and definitely not mopped enough.
Need a refund for the last day elevator broke. It was awesome until the elevator stopped working. Then it became a nightmare. I well not book again until elevator is fixed.

The elevators didn’t work, there was dog poop all over the floor, where you check in, no amenities.

Last time I’ll stay here Checking in was great. Lexie was great and accommodating. This was our second time staying at this hotel. Other than Lexi being 5 stars the rest of the stay and experience was 3. There was a sketchy guy pounding drinks in the parking lot when we checked in. Check in and out was fine but the breakfast had nothing but coffee and dry oatmeal no milk no orange juice no yogurt!!

I stayed at Extended Stay America Premier Suites Daytona Beach Ormond Beach from Friday, May 23 to Sunday, May 25. While the check-in process was smooth and the staff initially seemed friendly, the experience quickly turned frustrating and unacceptable. They kept taking in people to stay but never did they once say that there was no hot water. We were advised that the water was fixed and to give it a few minutes to warm up. We asked for a refund so we could go elsewhere but again was advised that it was repaired and working. We checked out the next morning with still no hot water, and in Florida there is a State Law that states hot water must be maintained for quests. Guess the State needs to get a call, and they will.
