I have stayed at this property before. This time it was after a storm. I saw unattended kids hanging around the lobby half dressed (missing shoes) eating a large bag of candy. That was something that threw me off. Cleanliness, There was a large garbage can that had not been addressed for the weekend that I was there. I also saw my first waterbug there.

Great experience
Renika, the assistant manager, was very kind and helpful. I have mobility issues and she helped with my luggage which was appreciated.

Location is great!
Rooms were spacious but no amenities to speak of, missing lightbulbs, weekly room service. Had to request towels, more hand soap, no tissues and no hair dryer! Very convenient... rooms had been modernized and were quiet. Staff was very friendly but not always at the front desk to assist. The reception area needs a lot of help to look nicer and more modern.

Check in was easy, tons of places to eat nearby, lots of shopping and a few bars walkable
