Close to airport and cruise port. Lots of restaurants, grocery store and shopping within walking distance. There is NO AIRPORT SHUTTLE however it was advertised on expedia website that there was. Fortunately we had called ahead to find out the procedure for a pickup and were informed that they had no shuttle.

No shuttles were provided anywhere. The bathtub did not drain and it need to be fixed

Manager on duty Alex on reception was friendly and curtious. multitasking between front office, and housekeeping. I usually stay at Hyatt place close by Extended stay America good value, but minus the pool gym bar and cooked pre-manufactured breakfast. But other than that Extended stay America I felt a disconection between the glossy advertisments and the product. Good location, close to amenities.
