Staff is inattentive. Many times a sign was up saying that they were busy helping other guests, but the door was just closed behind the desk with the staff behind it on their personal phones. Hallways and the elevator are disgusting from the trash being taken outside by a roller bin. The liquid from the garbage leaks on the carpet and elevator floors.
