The bathroom was disgusting and in poor condition. The Kitchen was good an almost new. Big refrigerator. The bed was ok, the sofa bed was a nightmare, moldy and rusty.

Even though they offer breakfast included there is only coffee and muffins, so it is better to specify the type of meal they will serve so customer can schedule better they itinerary and choose a accommodation knowing what they will receive instead of have a hard time finding out that breakfast is not what they mean to be.

My room wasnt properly cleans when i arrive. I went back to the lobby and got another room which i had to accept one way smaller and not on any upper floor. Everything els was ok

There is no service available, no houses keeper to clean my room and to charge my bed set ,no room has been cleaned. I have been to this hotel for 5 days, and no one has ever come close clean my room. I have to ask for clean linens to change my bed on my own. They said breakfast is included on the package.there is no breakfast just a coffee and and a little donut. I woke up to get some breakfast there was nothing. Shower extremely dirty, towels from previous guests in the bathroom. Check in was a nightmare. Didn't have the room I reserved a month ago then tried to charge me to upgrade. Asked for early check in and was told they were far too busy to see if a room was ready. Check in was 3pm and by 3:05 there were 10 people in the lobby and no one at the front desk.
