My room floor was full of dirt and sand somebody’s old razor was on the floor as well it was mold and mildew on and in the shower head as well as on the tile inside of the shower and the paint was peeling inside the shower and other places throughout the room and my room number was room 258

Staff is never out at the front desk, when you make requests of them they make it seem like you are inconveniencing them. Signs in the room indicate dish packages will be delivered to your room, the staff makes the guests pick it up from the lobby themselves. Other guests take it upon themselves to clean parts of the hotel (I.e. pool area) because it is so neglected by the staff and would rather do it themselves than sit around filth. Bit far away from the beach but friendly staff
Nah Long hairs on the bed linen (not mine because I'm bald). Ad said free breakfast. First morning there was coffee and nothing else. Second morning there was a small rack with granola bars, and the coffee was out by 7:45am and never refilled.

Basic breakfast and a studio room The hotel overall was clean but for the amount I paid the room was very small it felt like a studio instead of a hotel room. The breakfast was very terrible quick inexpensive boiled eggs premade bag that were cold, no pancakes or waffles for my kids no fruit or even orange juice. I will not stay here again.
