Water in shower wouldn't drain. Musty smell from hallway and room No cups or utensils in room. Had a family of roosters outside of room window preventing me from sleeping. No coffee maker in room. Free breakfast is a graband go.

The room had some water leak issues and there was visible black mold on ceiling. The bed was not an acceptable bed. It was like a rollaway bed on a uncomfortable metal frame that was a thin type futon mattress… very uncomfortable. I mean for $265 a night plus a $100 fee for incidentals, was extreme. I’m still waiting for them to credit my account. Usually incidentals are charged to your charge card but it’s just on hold not actually charged. Not worth it.

I did not check in they said must be 21 and over when i booked no where i was asked for the age 7 weeks ago i booked for down the street and my son was able to check in if it is age restricted why not have that on app it is sad to send your son on his way and find out 1am he cant get in to his room terrible

Tractor Trailers in parking lot, food strews all over hallway floors from neighbors kids Thst was there for 4 days straight.

Not to pleased I had made a reservation for a king bed and the did not have any King size bed available. My wife had a broken arm and we had to share a Queen size bed for three days. Not Exactly what I expected. The room was very clean, but the corridor had very old or unclean carpet. The garbage outside the hotel in front of the lobby were full, even exceeding their capacity

I came home with a bunch of itchy red dots. I went to the doctors and they told me it was BED BUGS. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT stay here. Also we had to return towels to get them, couldn’t get extra blankets for any of our four nights and the staff did not do room service because they were “not that type of hotel”. They also gave us 2am wake up calls and said we requested them when we didn’t. This place has no amnesties. Spend your money and stay elsewhere. This place sucks!
