bedspreads smell, bathroom not clean enough

Where do i even start... First night in, i get to the hotel around 10:30pm due to a delayed flight. Once i check in we head up to the room and was greeted by Ants and a dirty room. There were used bars of soap in the room, the shower and toilets were not cleaned at all. There was Dirt, grime, and hair. The ants were all over... we couldn't even leave our luggage laying around. Bugs in the kitchen! Perfume in air conditioner tu

Front desk is very nice and good location next to Cracker Barrel. Property had moldy smell; beds uncomfortable; bathtub had hair; found a beetle in the room.

I stood here for 4 days. No cleaning service was provided. If i had cleaning tools myself, I would clean my own room. The breakfast wasn’t as great as it was advertised. We didn’t get any towel changed. Basically we weren’t able to get any cleaning service while I was there.
