We had a reservation for two rooms and the person on reception said that we hadnt and that only two people could check in and we would have to contact expedia or go somewhere else. Our employees had to contact a senior manager for him to speak to reception and the person still refused. It took over half an hour before the receptionist agreed that the reservation was indeed for two rooms. All unecessary confrontation. It is the first time we have booked our employees here and it will be the last

I was never informed that I had to pay a $100 deposit prior to arriving at the property when I made my reservation online it never stated anywhere on there about the deposit so once I was there to check in then the employee informed me about the $100 had I known this before I would made a reservation elsewhere at another hotel because if I didn’t have this money for the deposit I wouldn’t have been able to get this room at this place , very disappointing.
