Ellos cancelaron la reservación el mismo día que debía llegar al hotel y me cobraron por la noche que nunca fui

The reservation was not cancelled. A room was held for the guest but he did not check in so a no show fee was charged.

Bathroom straight up dirty. Bathtub blacktop not running front decks Lydia very nasty she sound like the way she look she claimed that rule that room get three points inspection my question to her by who and what they were looking for

Elevator out of order on arrival at 1am, 3rd floor room, wife has bad knees, no way to get a room at another hotel and room was prepaid. Last ime we stayed in February, elevator was squealing like a pig, and they said it was scheduled to be fixed. So it was not a recent issue. They should have let us know it was down when we booked.

the evelator broke down, and the stair way was dirty.

Disappointment after Disappointment We arrived at 10:30pm to check-in for our stay. As we were checking in another guest came to the counter and inquired about the elevators not working. I immediately asked if any elevators were working and was told no, stairs only. We had my 82 yr old father-in law with us who uses a cane. We were told there were absolutely No rooms on the first floor. With alot of help we were able to get him up the stairs. We arrive to our room after stepping over a dead roach.
