When I checked in I provided a tax exempt form since I was traveling for business and work for a not for profit. Did not know what to do with it said to bring it when I checked out. The next morning presented form again and she did not know what to do with it but gave me a business card for GM. Also room seemed clean but went to dinner and when I came back was checking it out and the trash was left in bathroom and under kitchen sink also a dirty washcloth left in bathroom. Stay away from this hotel! This hotel shouldn’t have the brand of Extended stay hotels. It’s is nothing like it. I read the bad reviews but the price was the best in the area and the it was a good brand so I decided to give it a try. The area is dangerous. To get to the lobby you need a key. The manager on shift was the worst. Worst hotel ever! Stay away! That manager should go!
