Is terrible the construction dust, the hotel and everything is horrible

Broken shower and awful breakfast The shower in my room wasn’t working and when I repotted, the lady at the front desk didn’t want to give another room, she just kept saying it’s not her fault, aftejr long time arguing, she accept to change my room. But the lady was very unfriendly, bad mood and ruge. Also the breakfast was awful, only granola bars and coffee that taste anything but no coffee. The worst experience that I’ve ever had.

managers and staff were very disrespectful and rude, not a clean environment, no breakfast as it states. roaches everywhere and bed bugs under mattresses, showers not clean and gave us dirty towels. very disappointed
