It's clean but service is meh. The room was clean, hotel was quiet. Service could definitely be improved, was on a business trip, got into town a little late, so asked for a late checkout to get a little extra sleep. I was told I had to call the desk at 7 am to request that - which doesn't make sense to me. Called the next morning, the desk agent said they could only give me 30 minutes, so I accepted, went back to sleep. A/C is loud. Rooms are hard flooring-no carpet. Pol is a joke. Seems to be more for area construction workers than vacation stays.

Das Hotel wirkt sehr neu und auf den ersten Blick sauber. Die Klimaanlage kann jedoch nicht vollständig deaktiviert werden, sodass ständig eine extreme Lautstärke herrschte. Gemeinsam mit der Lautstärke des Kühlschranks ist erholsames schlafen nicht möglich. Kontinuierlich herrschten somit über 56 dB im Zimmer. Keine Empfehlung.

No breakfast There was absolutely no complimentary drinks for breakfast and only small yogurt and granola bar for the complimentary breakfast. I had 3 children with me who were hungry and there was not options to feed them for breakfast. Please do not advertise complimentary breakfast if there isn’t a breakfast. Everything else concerning the hotel was phenomenal!

The worst stay of my life Got woken up at 2 o’clock in the morning, my amen yelling and screaming down the hallway where we heard the police coming arrest the person or teaser him. We heard the person dropped to the ground. I could not sleep moving forward. It has been the worst experience I would like to get my money refunded on at least half of my trip because this is crazy.
