No hot water No hot water and the property knows about it for a long time and told us the water heaters were installed backwards. Worked long days to come to the room and take a cold shower for 4 nights. Awful and won’t stay again.

When I first arrived, the front desk girl was speaking with someone else over the phone and barely paid attention to the check-in process. The hotel description mentions breakfast but it only includes coffee, granola, oatmeal and boiled eggs. I previously read the reviews so this was not a surprise for me. The toilet was broken but since we arrived late didn't requested to fix it. At the back of the hotel there was a table where many people waa drinking beer. No usable shower Nice hotel, good location nice staff. But no hot water and no resolution. Who wants to stay at the hotel where you cannot take a shower? Unacceptable Miami

I didn’t even stay there! I asked for a refund because they changed my dates! I needed the hotel in an emergency situation on October 11 due to loss of power from the hurricane in Florida and they booked it for October 25th!! Asked for my money back and never received an answer after several attempts! Will never use Expedia or this hotel

Complimentary breakfast was ridiculous. Very noisy from room to room. No free WiFi internet. Fortunately rooms are very clean.

My room door was unlockable and when I told the front desk. I was told that cannot be right, so I had to pull my personal items out of the room for dinner and work.
