Horrible Experience DO NOT STAY HERE. I booked through Hotels.com which was excellent as always. I got to the facility and the extremely rude receptionist claimed the system was down, then claimed she didn’t have the reservation and wanted to charge me again. I showed the receipt from Hotels.com, she didn’t want to look. Multiple other guests arrived, couples checking in with no luggage, for what seemed like an hourly rate and the receptionist was making comments about us to other guests while I was on the phone with Hotels.... read more

Booked our room online, was told to check in at the front desk when we arrived. It was past midnight but the booking information stated there was 24 hour service at the front desk to check us in. When we arrived, the doors to the lobby were locked and required a key card to get in. We tried calling multiple times and no one answered. Finally, a guest walking out held the door open for us and we were able to walk into the lobby. We waited at the front desk for over 45 minutes, not a person in sight.
