Air conditioner never got below 74 degrees and it was on full blast. Called down and they said they didn't have anyone to help us because everything was under warranty with maintenance per Kim at the desk. She did day we could change rooms but we were fully unpacked. Water leaked in the sink in kitchen area we just put a towel down.No water pressure in shower.Boris should walk away from the immediate entrance/Exit to smoke so non smokers do not have to breathe smoke. When we first checked in we met Borris who was of no help in when we asked for recommendations for places to eat. He said " go right then left you will find something, " he never the following few days even looked up when we passed the desk. The girls however were very nice and helpful. The room was clean because it was new but did have a horrible smell. Finally tracked it down to the cheap shelfs they had instead of a dresser. The staff there was the best part of the hotel, the appliances overheat and shut off, poor electricity couldn’t charge our stuff or play Xbox or ps5, the staff was the best part of this hotel

Horrible Experience DO NOT STAY HERE. I booked through Hotels.com which was excellent as always. I got to the facility and the extremely rude receptionist claimed the system was down, then claimed she didn’t have the reservation and wanted to charge me again. I showed the receipt from Hotels.com, she didn’t want to look. Multiple other guests arrived, couples checking in with no luggage, for what seemed like an hourly rate and the receptionist was making comments about us to other guests while I was on the phone with Hotels.... read more
