Room was very dirty so I left and moved to another hotel
Cleaning services only cleaned the room once a week, which I didn’t like at all. Had overflowing garbage, dirty floor, no towels left, etc. The floor was laminate flooring which I also didn’t like. Could feel the dirt under your feet as the days went by. Windows had no curtains on them and were completely bare. For the price I had paid I could have stayed at a nicer hotel with daily cleaning services and a more comfortable room.

Never again We booked 2 rooms. I made the booking. I put one room in a different persons name. That person had an emergency and couldn't make it. They then decided that we couldn't get that room and wouldn't allow me, the person who made and paid for the booking to change it so I had to rent a third room. As well Hotels.com com wouldn't give me my money back as well. So I ended up paying almost 3 hundred dollars for nights and rooms that we could not use. The hotel itself was very nice but the staff showed favoritism and was very judgemental and unfair. Made me leave bc of a butt kissing alcoholic employeeevtrying to get brownie points and make herself look good by telling false information about me and running to the managervsaying o had too muchbtraffic one night.
