Ok stay We had a few snags - door didn’t lock and then the second room they transferred us to had an issue with the tv. But they gave us a discount, fixed the tv and, overall, were very friendly and accommodating.

The Extended Stay America was very clean, the staff was very friendly and it was quiet. However, there were only two towels in the room for a four person room, there was a tiny bottle of shampoo and no body lotion and there wasn't a blowdryer in the room, we had to ask for one at the desk. The complimentary breakfast was a disappointment, it was all pre-packaged items. We ended up going out for breakfast because nothing was appealing at the hotel. Overall not the best experience but definitely not the worst.

Room was very nice. Updated hotel. Quiet at night. Comfortable bed and friendly staff. Easy access to the highway as well.

The hallways could use some vacuuming a lot of dirt. Room was spacious and clean. Good area
