Shower water could have been a little hotter

The room had no supplies - a tiny tube of shampoo and a micro bar of soap - no dishes, cups, or any type of utensils - the towels were kid sizes - the tub wouldn’t drain so it filled with water while showering - the bed squeaked with every movement - the front desk personnel was not available - I had to wait until she came from outside to assist in the room because the tv was not working - she brought an additional remote (the tv needed 2 remotes and still couldn’t lower the volume) she wreaked of cigarette - I can’t believe... read more

Got to the hotel there was no hot water, no phone call or email to even warn us of such so we could change our stay. Found a used Band-Aid in my bed. Absolutely disgusted would never recommend this place to anybody.

Checked into this hotel. 10/31 woke up 11/1 to ice-cold water. Called the front desk. The front desk agent explains that they have run out of propane. Wait!!! What!!!?! He states that it will be resolved in an hr. Ok two hours pass and now still can't take a decent shower call again and they state that there's an issue with a propane pump. This was the worst hotel stay of my life. Charlie was excellent and tried his best to resolve the issue.

no hot water for showers, no notice and front desk staff did not even say they were sorry for the inconvenience ... terrible experience

No hot water!

Unfortunately, we had an unexpected issue with our gas supply and had to wait for the gas company to come out on a weekend, which delayed the repair. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we worked to get it resolved as quickly as possible.

THEY DO NOT CLEAN THE ROOMS/BATHROOMS!!! Other reviews must be bought because this hotel is disgusting. They even switched our room because we complained about it not being cleaned, and the second room was just as dirty. The bathtub had hair all over it. The toilet wasn’t wiped down. The bedding and pillows weren’t changed because there was hair throughout. You could tell it wasn’t wiped down anywhere because of all the hair and food particles. Both rooms were like this.

There was no hot water. The room had no amenities for an extended stay. No coffee, no dish soap to wash the dishes (that you have to get from the front desk.)
