Not good The woman who helped us check in was fantastic and friendly. The rest of the stay was not great. Our room was dirty and the towels were covered in long black hair (neither of us have long black hair). The bed was terribly uncomfortable and the room stunk of weed. Additionally, there was a dirty water bucket and mop that sat in the hallway from checkin until we checked out.

There was no one at check in desk when we arrived. Took 10 minutes for someone to show up. The carpets and floors were very dirty . We were in room 321 and the door handle came off when we opened the door. Floor was dirty. Could only get warm water with shower. This is supposedly a new property and it definitely needs upkeep! Paint and repair every where. We chose this facility because it was near the hospital because my husband was having a procedure the morning of check out. I do not recommend this property.

My only complaint is that you say free breakfast but it was a grab n go oatmeal pkts granola bars clementines yogurt n a few boiled eggs in a bag. Coffee there was no 1/1&1/2. He said he ran out last night. Then go get some. If you’re diabetic you would have to drink it black gross. They only have flavored n sweetened creamer. Big bummer

When I arrived I immediately noticed the smell of dog feces in the grass next to the parking lot. This is in March. I cannot imagine the smell in the dead of summer. I got 2 hours of sleep the first night because of the dog in the room above me. I tried to ignore it until 11:30 and filed my first complaint. Again at 1:30 I filed another complaint. I was told the people in the room would not respond to front desk. They offered to move me to another room at 2:00 a.m. I moved to another room. The heater in that room was so loud... read more

Look like family own hotels : everything you need need to ask and will give to you at front deck , even towels only one set ,

The staff was great. The building was new but things looked flimsy and poorly done.

Short stay. It had snowed and the parking lot really could have been cleared more than it was. There was frequently a delay to get someone at the front desk.
