Dirty hallways and elevator. Hardwood floors are nice but the floors in the room was absolutely dirty. Overall the housekeeping of this overall property needs a revamp

Strange smells, non functioning tv, and interesting parking lot characters roaming around. The staff is friendly at least.

Terrible breakfast. No hairdryer in room!
THIS PLACE SMELLS SO BAD. like dog pee and cigarettes. It hits you like a truck as soon as you walk in the door. We opened the window in the room to air it out and quickly discovered there’s a train that runs by all night that is so incredibly loud. There are dogs barking in the rooms next to us. No ice machine. Paint on the walls are peeling, tv didn’t work, no lamps, just overhead lighting. Terrible nasty smelling hotel. Do not stay here ! It’s disgusting . Dead bugs in room, smells awful. Property refused to refund me even though we didn’t even stay at the property as it was too bad.
Never will stay again! We walked into the room and it had a terrible odor. So bad that we asked for an air freshener and they gave us Febreze. That helped but they weren’t concerned that there was an odor. The sheets on the bed were the absolute worst. The fitted sheet came off every corner on both our queen size beds. Throughout the night we would have to get up and put the sheet back in place otherwise we were laying on the plastic mattress covering. Breakfast was just 2 snack bars.
This was our second stay at this property and there is a big difference between the newly renovated rooms and the standard rooms. The renovated rooms have every amenity. The standard rooms don’t have anything. No dishes, cutlery and other cleaning and grooming accessories and amenities. Also both times we stayed I had to ask for a blow dryer. Is this is normal thing now where one has to ask for a blow dryer? If so, ask for one before you need it.
Terrible It’s was a roach in my room i killed it on the wall and the lady act shocked like how did it get here. Ma’am you know your hotel got roaches
