There was dust on top of the fridge and the couch was falling apart

When I arrived there and entered my room my bathroom sink was clogged. I had to call maintenance to work on my sink. It took about 3 hours of my time waiting for them to finish working on the sink. I didn't want to leave my luggage,etc

Awesome
The property was clean however very old. The couch in our room had scratches and tears in it. We had a smoke free room, however you could not leave the property by any door without walking right into someone smoking. Why would the smoking area be at the doors? It was nice enough that we stayed the full 3 nights, but i will not ever stay there again.
