Was okay since my family was needing a place to stay for 1 night. Room is old needs updating. But has kitchen for family.

Website said coffee pot in room; there was none. A/C runs and was technically working but only blew straight out from the vent. The bed area was hot an no way to redirect the vent. The he reservation listed 2 people in the room but my partner arrived first and was not allowed in until they got my id. If that’s the rule then let me put both names on the reservation

Went from a good hotel to a mediocre one in 1 mo Previously stayed here before a month ago and the room I was in was nice. This time the room was old and beat up and the water cold. Little to nothing was done to change my room or fix the problem. Staff seemed apathetic. It was like everything changed with the place in a month. So weird. I really should get a partial refund for my stay.
