Pleasant stat Great customer service. Breakfast is continental. Room was clean.
The room felt like the place was just thrown together and didn’t feel clean. Extremely hard beds, cabinets and area worn down finishes on everything. Bathroom without any ventilation fans, non existent hot water (warm showed up), carpet and walls appearance of just a dirty place. Definitely not what I expected the price of the room to be vs what we got. Windows were falling out of track and I had to attempt to get them right to be able to fully close them to keep the road noise from outside out.

Better than other hotels, still.... Thermostat was set at 60° so we froze when we arrived. The floors were dirty and gritty. The price for the first night was almost double the 2nd night, people cant afford that!!
