Great day
I havent previously had any problems with my stay but I was not pleased when I had on my socks and was walking around in the room I started sneezing and discovered that I had white animal hairs all on my socks which I thought was disgusting.

The staff was great. The breakfast was limited: coffee, granola bars, bad muffins, and oatmeal. No milk or cereal. The mattress in our room was horrible. It was the equivalant to putting a thin comforter on the floor. They keep trash bins in the hot stairwells as they only do weekly cleanings. Every time the AC came on the entire room smelled like mildew.

The rooms are very spacious & the AC was working so good with these hot temperatures.
The hotel feels old. Rooms and bedding look worn.

The one thing that bothered me the most about my stay is that I had an issue with one of the vending machines and the property refused to refund me, but they gave me the phone number to the canteen company to resolve the issue, I still have yet to hear from the canteen company. I find it in poor taste that I the guest has to deal with the canteen company to get my money back when I was only originally supposed to stay for two nights. I need more sleep
For a hotel that states they are pet friendly, the pet waste reciprocals have not been clean since we checked in on Monday, June 12th. I also feel a way that I am the one that has to resolve my vending machine issue because the hotel refused to assume any responsibility for having said vending machines on site. I don't understand why they can't just refund my money and deal with the vending company directly instead of the guest having to do it
