They took 1 hour to do the check in because the room wasn't ready. we were tired for our trip and we had to wait.
Clean - Decent stay - Would stay again. Great Room - very clean - comfy beds. Check in host and customer service needs serious help and training - rude Unhelpful and impatient.

Just ok - Staff was friend - Other guests ??? We checked in late, almost midnight. The hotel was secure, the front door you had to either have a key already to scan or there was a phone to call the front desk. However, there was another guest already in the lobby... holding an half drank bottle of liquor. He was a bit tipsy but that was it - also a first impression. Their pet policy is $25 per night which was listed on hotels.com but there is ALSO a size limit of 36" tall and 36" long... thankfully they let us stay anyways s... read more
