Melbourne/palm bay Our apartment had an ac leak and the ceiling caved in, our landlord wasnt to concerned about getting it fixed in a timely manner so the hotel in palm bay/Melbourne is where we call home for right now. I must say they all are amazing and very pleasant to deal with. The General manager works hard to make everyones stay amazing.
Due to the line of work our business offers my wife and I spend the majority of our year in a hotel. So far this experience has been one of our most memorable. I would say that it is because of cleanliness & location & yada yada, but lets face it.....the property is less than a month old....of course it is clean. The location is directly off of 95 with just about every retail & dining ones heart could desire within walking distance....can we agree....pretty close to as prime property as it gets. I think so! Nice for the price, a little worn for a Hilton. Very nice staff.
Room is large, mattresses were comfortable , the problem was the cleaning Outside Edge of the shower was very dirty, hair, black dust etc, I didn’t take a shower since I didn’t have sandals to step ín Floors full of heavy dirt, chair legs were so dusty that you couldn’t tell the color of it, so it was the bottom of the table All front desk staff were very courteous but I didn’t tell them about the dirt It was only a one day stay
