The toilet didn't flush, the room wouldn't stay cool, the internet was so poor that it continously disconnected from devices, there were dirty/used bars of soap left in the bathroom, there was a party in the hallway that lasted most of the night

The elevator was broken the entire time. There was nothing noted at the time of booking and it had been out for a while. They put us on the third floor. I just finished cancer treatment and was there for my fathers passing. The worst trip i have ever had. This place should be shut down.

Got different type of room than booked. HVAC in room didn’t work. Bathroom smelled like sewage. No carpeting on floor so room was not cozy/comfortable.

I did not like that. It was advertised free breakfast and during my whole day at the hotel not one morning was there breakfast there was a muffin and a granola bar one morning. By 7:30 AM there was no food at all. The coffee was not filled at 9:30 one morning. There was no coffee and there were no coffee makers in the hotel room which I’ve never seen in my life ..so we left your hotel. .. and went to another hotel. I will never stay at that location again.

Confusing company policies and poor customer service. We arrived at 11:30pm and were told the elevator was not working and then asked if we still wanted a room. Then we were told that an email had to be provided to complete the check in process. I couldn’t opt out. I had to fill out a parking pass and return it to my car. Before I could go to the room I had to present a credit card and let the hotel put a 100 dollar deposit on it for incidentals. The room was basic but clean but there was a charge for wifi. Dont stay here go to the Hyatt Manager Cassie is rude, Elevator was broken had to have my pregnant wife walk up 4 flights of stairs, towels were stained, dead bolt didn't work, breakfast is mediocre at best, carpets in hallway are disgusting. Spoke to housekeeping and was told they only clean once a week, never got offered new linens.Cassie manager asked why did i wait til check out to complain. as if moving rooms would have helped the dirty hallways the no housekeeping or the broken Elevator.
