Avoid this place, terrible and misleading The pictures they use are for their best rooms and do not reflect what you get. They just choose for you. I was extremely disappointed. I paid for a room with a view ......or at least I thought. What I got was some mid section room with no view , a stove that was falling apart, doors that stuck harder than a clingy tinder date, and a shower that had buildup and a facet that was half way out the wall. The room was clean, however…The elevator was out & I had to carry all my luggage up the stairs to the 4th floor after being on the road for 8 hours. I checked in on Friday, and was told that the elevator would be fixed the next day…The elevator was being repaired as I checked out on Sunday. The bathroom near the lobby had no paper towels or toilet paper. No juice provided for “grab-n-go breakfast,” was told delivery truck didn’t come in. Elevator wasn’t working. Did not get good sleep , you can hear people walking from up stairs all night, if you want sound proof , would not recommend

The property did not have a working elevator. The staff was sketchy The room smelled Barely any water pressure. Guy smoking pot outside

Elevator not working, smells of smoke and pets, and no breakfast items other than coffee.

Don’t stay here We got there and were beat because we were moving. Our reservation was for a king suite on the 4th floor but their elevators were out of service. My husband is 87 and I’m 77 so going up 4 flights of stairs was out of the question. The receptionist was finally able to give us a room on the first floor but it was a double sized bed. Also the air conditioning was turned off and it took quite a while for the room to cool down. I would never stay in this hotel again. But I would give the receptionist 5 stars for t... read more
