At check in we were given an occupied room, so we walked right into a half naked person, then the front desk said that that happens every day. Room smelled like cigarettes, overall clean room. Break

Staff was very rote
Police arrived the morning after we encountered a person in the hallway with a teardrop tattoo by his eye, indicating that he had murdered somebody. Despite or perhaps even more because of the 4 or 5 police cars, we felt unsafe and left 3 days earlier than we intended.
It was an awful experience we booked for 5 nights and on the first night we found out there was no water pressure to the 4th floor they gave us, and we were told the pumps were not working right and they were getting them fixed on Monday. But understand we got there on Friday night so we had to go to family house for our showers, also the person in the room next door left the tv blasting all night and we didn’t get sleep. no water pressure don't clean the room worst breakfast ever, only little yogurt, dried oatmeal and small breakfast bars that's it room had a weird smell

Very disappointing all-around Bed was way too soft and uncomfortable; there were NO kitchen utensils/pans/plates/silverware/coffee-maker/sponge/pot holders, etc at all available for cooking or even making a little something for breakfast; almost nothing for continental breakfast and had no creamer available for the terrible coffee we were able to get. The person who checked us in was new and lacked knowledge about the facility and the amenities provided to the guest. I was shown a diagram of the layout of the floor we were on. I didn't want a room close to the elevator as children coming off can be quite loud at times and guest who partake in alcohol can be quite loud when returning from a night of drinking.
