Snacks are not breakfast Coffee and snacks are not breakfast. No body wash, no hair conditioner, no hairdryer.

Unsatisfactory. Hotel was overbooked, but after extra effort the desk staff did find an open room that needed repair as the a/c did not work properly. There is no breakfast as advertised. They only had a vending machine with complimentary coffee and packaged snack bars and muffins. There was no hairdryer or kitchenware in the room.

Very sparse hotel itself was fine, amenities missing. No cups or dishes or anything in the room- that had a kitchen. Very sparse room. Also asked for a receipt for the stay, said it would be emailed to me, it was not.
