Disappointing No kitchen accesories. You have to bring all you need like cacerols, spoons, cups. I stayed, because the locación but..... My sister walked looking for ice. No ice. No water bottles. Terrible breakfast ever Great locación. Very nice studio

Disappointing Bathtub peeling, chairs were stained, bathroom had a sliding door that slid into the walls and didn't close, asked for a pillow for the pull out sofa, and was told they didn't have any. Nor did they care. No pillows?? Really?? Unheard of. Mini Breakfast fridge holding 3 mini yogurts was locked with a sign to call management to open. Really?? We are not talking Godiva chocolates. Muffins were too small to satisfy a child. Oatmeal but no hot water. Couldn't find a plate, bowl, or utensils to eat with anyway. $160... read more

Fair Piden un depósito que aún no retornan a mi tarjeta de crédito y la cama estaba ladeada dormí como si estuviera inclinada . Me ofrecieron una habitación doble cama queen o king y era doble.

Decepção o que mais me incomodou foi o fato de eu ter pago a reserva antes e mesmo assim foi exigido um calção no valor de $100 que seria devolvido após o checkout que foi feito no dia 19/05/23 e até agora não me devolveram o valor. Horrible hotel and staff Everything from the first moment till the end , staff are very rude , hotel is dirty , they wanted to kick us out because I asked for creamer and said this what you have , if u don’t like it , just leave Rude staff , they wanted to kick us out because I asked for creamer for the Nasty coffee they have .
