Very Poor El trato del personal, sobre todo en counter, nada amables, no responden no el saludo. Cuando solicitamos tazas para tomar café , no tenían ( aun cuando ofrecen ello en sus servicios de habitación) , aire acondicionado muy ruidoso, sofá cama ruidoso e incomodo. No nos gusto

Disappointing The bedroom was not up to par for the following reasons - shower had some mold and low water pressure in the shower head, under the AC had broken metal, there were no cups or other utensils in the room, the room could not be cleaned unless we were staying for over 7 days (with young kids, this is not realistic). Nice clean big room Left early and still didn’t get my money back Clean and quiet
