Bad A reserva do Booking não constava no sistema do hotel, obrigando-me a fazer uma nova reserva na recepção do hotel e pagar novamente para depois tentar reaver o valor cobrado pelo Booking. Não houve assistência do hotel quanto ao problema de comunicação com o sistema do Booking. Don’t recommend anyone staying there for long periods of time and definitely don’t stay in a ground floor room you won’t They don’t clean the rooms while you’re there and they wait until you check out to clean it And there’s loud cracking noises from the floor above your rooms when people walk Was in good location

Não recomendável Chegamos no hotel à noite com crianças e por piedade de uma funcionária foi realizado o Ckech-in . O Check-in só funciona até 19:00 hrs , mas em nenhum momento isso nos foi avisado. Reservamos um quarto para 5 pessoas e quando chegamos nos colocaram em um quarto com apenas 4 camas , nos deram um edredom para cobrir o chão e um dos hóspedes teve que dormir no chão, acreditem !!!
