It's OK I can say, you get what you paid for. Room was clean but small, almost no amenities so you have to ask the front everytime you need something.

It was terrible. I was charged for an emotional support animal $50 on top of the fact that the room was filthy. The front desk staff was too busy taking a personal call to even check me in I had to wait 10 minutes. It was not an emergency call. I do not normally complain. I do feel this was against company guidelines especially with the charge. I was tired and needed a room as I was in the hospital all day.

There wasn't a sign to even tell you that it was a hotel. It looked like an apartment building. The hallways smelled so bad, we had to cover our faces to walk to our room. It states that there is 24hr tea and coffee in the lobby. They do not offer that at all. There was never anyone at the front desk, you had to ring the bell. The hotel and rooms do not look anything like what is shown on Expedia. The price of this hotel is absolutely ridiculous. It's more like a Motel and not a Hotel. The stove was so filthy.
