No room service , no ice just like other hotels or motels . Staffs aren't nice . Hotel smell so bad . Totally is terrible. Don't waste your money for this hotel .😡
Everything was pretty good, only complaint was there was mold in the bathroom!

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at The Extended Stay in downtown Miami. There was no room service at all—if I wanted clean linens, I had to strip my own bed, take the dirty sheets to the front desk, and then return upstairs to make the bed myself. That is not my idea of a vacation. The overall experience was far below expectations. I will never stay here again and am giving it one star.

Front desk staff need welcoming skills and the ability to provide basic information. Room was decent, but bed was very uncomfortable with my wife and I getting no sleep whatsoever. The pillows were tiny, not longer than 18". The bathtub drained very slowly. The best thing was the free parking in a relatively secure lot. For this one reason alone I would stay again for one night. Parking at other motels is very expensive.
