Extended Stay-Oakland-Alameda, unhappy
Numerous Complaints Upon check-in and during check-out there were multiple guests that complained about spiders and even rodents in their rooms. The hotel staff was pleasant, however it was hard for me to enjoy my stay with ants in my room and hearing other guests complain as well.
I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.
not very accommodating again i was put up here by my company in hopes of a better expirence but nope
Not very accommodating not very accommodating. I've stayed at this hotel for weeks at a time requesting a water view. I'm here for business and when a colegue came and stayed for 2 nights he was given a water view room. I spoke with 4 different people behind the desk including the manager but to no avail. I have chosen antoehr hotel from hotels.com instead of staying here.
