Terrible. Moved hotels after one night. I reserved a nonsmoking room for multiple nights but when I showed up, was given a smoking room without any mention of the fact it was a smoking room. I confirmed with the front desk that I had reserved a nonsmoking room and was told there were none available and it was "no big deal". I consider it a health issue and yes, indeed, a big deal, and I don't consider it a hotel's prerogative to simply ignore my reservation on this matter. Hard bed and broken bathroom The mattress was very hard and the toilet was riged and stoped working in the middle of the night.

Great location, poor hotel On the waterfront in a very quiet location. Have stayed there 3-4 times and will be my last. Hotel is just in poor condition and each previous time had been relatively clean, but this time was not. Dirty dishes, something gross and sticky on the blanket...thank god I didn't have a black light with me. If you are trying to save money and still want a good location, it is a decent choice but just be ready for a mediocre hotel and hope it's clean enough for you. The service staff are quite nice. DO NOT GO THERE! CANCER HOTEL! Where should I begin? 1. Elevator stunk from cigarettes 2. Hallway stunk from cigarettes 3. Room stunk from cigarettes Girll at front desk "did me a favor" and "found" another room. The room right next to the trash room. Girl at front desk said there's nothing they can do about making people stop smoking in the elevator. WHAT A LAME EXCUSE!!!! 4. Weak / Week service Room is only made-up if you stay more than a week? At these prices? Hotel is twice as expensive as it should be. If it wasn't for the location for my trip, I'd have booked elsewhere.

Hotel near marina This hotel was not awe-inspiring. Hotel staff called my room TWO times, to make sure my stay was enjoyable. How is my stay going to be enjoyable if you keep calling me? It was annoying and unexpected. The free breakfast was also worse-than-expected. Disgusting coffee, prepackaged muffins, and unripe fruit were nearly the only options. This was disappointing; I expected more out of breakfast.

Too dirty Big disappointment. Room was filthy, hair in tub, dark stain on carpet that looked like old feces, dust everywhere, greasy fingerprints on virtually every surface of the rooms. Holes in both window screens, neither deadbolt nor manual locking devices worked. Charged for a king but got a queen. Front desk actually denied size of bed but were unwilling to come and see for themselves. Locks were not attended to although we reported it to front desk on first morning of three-day stay.
