terrible exprience. I book the hotel for two days, but was checked out 1day earlier. Terrible experience.

Needs some management help The bedding is as cheap as can be found. The bed is fine, but the sheets, blankets, pillows are nasty. Additionally, the staff is much busier with their own business than that of the hotel. Finally, there really isn't breakfast of any sort, unless you only drink coffee or tea, cuz that is all they have typically. There are other baskets put out, but in five days, I never saw any food in them when I left for work at 6:45am.

After booking to stay at this hotel I as called the day of my stay to be informed that the hotel was overbooked and that I could not stay there. I was placed at another hotel that did not have all the amenities that I wanted that the Extended Stay Deluxe offered so I was not satisfid. If they were overbooked then my reservation should not have gone through and I should not have received an confirmation number for that stay. Alameda island work trip The hotel photos show some rooms upgraded with new linens and such, but I didn't get one and I was told all the beds are pretty much the same when I tried to switch after the first night. The bed was old and lumpy, the linens very old and suspect and the pillows were also old and thin. The internet (which was $4.99 for your stay) was super slow; according to the front desk the whole hotel shares one IP address...that was probably the issue. Not worth it!! We had horrible experience with this hotel The rooms are stinky and were unclean. We asked for change of room as our room had a horrible smell but they didn't entertain our request of changing the room. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

needs to be renovated! Check in at 3 pm , arrived at 5 pm and rooms not ready . Needs renovation, carpet, paint, beds and sheets, towels , 19in tv.. location kind of nice, sits in front of the marina and a shopping center nearby

shocked! I've never had such an experience..they don't even change the sheets between guests at this hotel. i found all kinds of filth on my bed. eventually i received new sheets, but i was already horrified by that point.

The worst Hotel Extended Stay America Oakland - Al I've stayed at many hotel but this had to be the worst hotel.....I've ever stayed at...!!!
