I mainly stayed here for the location which was near where my relatives lived. It’s a bare bones hotel which has no maide service. The breakfast was very basic.

The location is perfect. Close to the water, shopping, dinning etc. Only complaint. I had told property management that there was dog crap on the sidewalk by the entrance because they let pets stay. Nothing was cleaned etc during my stay. As people accidentally stepped in it. Also. When we entered our room. The smoke detector was covered by a plastic bag to give you the opportunity to smoke or? They do not have shampoo or dishwashing soap for cleaning pots or pans if you decide to bring your own stuff to use the hot plate to... read more
The check in process took a little long because the card machine was not working so I had to wait for someone else to log in to use the other card machine. The room was clean. Overall a nice stay.

Had a nice room facing the marina. Pleasant stay. Beds comfortable. Be aware that the room comes without basic kitchen items including no coffee maker but they can be provided if you ask at the desk. We stay in Alameda frequently and will stay there again b
