Nice hotel room with view to marina We enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and clean. We will stay here again.

Everyone working there needs to be in sync. Housekeeping knocked on our door 3 times after I told them we were extending our stay. Then after that the front desk called asking AGAIN if we were extending. They need to be in sync with everyone. If I talk to one person at the front desk it's like I never talked to anyone. All they say is I'll make a note of it.
Convenient, clean, great amenities, friendly staff Enjoyed just spending time with my family, our stay was very nice.

Very basic accommodation...proximity to Marina. Very basic accommodation, that should definitely be improved... Great location with proximity to Marina. Breakfast is a coffee and individually wrapped muffin :(

Uuuugh... Fire alarm went off at 8 in the morning. It stopped just as I got my clothes on. You can hear the people in rooms adjacent. The continental breakfast was just per packaged muffins and coffee was all gone by 9:30. The stuff did care about anything. But I wouldn't either if I worked there too.
