The view was nice of the harbor The room smelled terrible!!! Someone must have cooked some potent food before, it was almost unbearable! Also the bed is so uncomfortable we decided to wake up early and leave and miss our concert just so we could go home and get some sleep.

Convenient location Hotel was clean for the most part. The parking lot is too small. The hotel is used by contractors and business people visiting the area and is busy every time we visit. The front desk is not manned from 11pm to 7am which is not great. The breakfast is packaged muffins and coffee. The coffee isn't bad but the muffins are a waste. You have to ask for plates, glasses, and silverware. I guess people were stealing them, so you have to kind-of check them out at the front desk. Not very convenient and a bother.

great location For our needs the location of this hotel was perfect. Mornings were started with complimentary coffee and a nice walk along the marina. The only issue i had to mention was the slow draining shower. But overall I would stay here again in the future.

Bad check-in experience There was a lack of professionalism and process when we checked in. The front desk agent just kept telling us "whatever you'd like" which could be a "customers first" approach, but not to the types of questions we're asking. Usually, when you check into a hotel, you need the name of the reservation, their ID, card, etc. Telling us "whatever you'd like," leads me to believe that there is no process and/or the agent simply did not know nor care. First time here Check in was fast and easy. The young man at check in was nice and friendly. The hotel was in a good location and it had a nice view the room was nice and comfortable
