Awesome!!! The hospitality here was amazing and the employee's were courteous and respectful. It felt like home. Very clean and peaceful. Great view of the ocean and the city of oakland.

OK stay Room was old, worn and felt dingy. Good location and service, but needs some focus on comfort and cleanliness

Conveniently located perfect area The hotel is clean and in a very good location within walking distance to things but yet tuck away from noise, it’s on the marina and pet friendly, overall pleasant stay. I think the rates are way too expensive but all of the Bay Area hotels are over charging customers.

Hotel by harbor. Welcoming to us and our dog, so we appreciated the weekend there. It was quiet and comfortable and conveniently located for the event we needed to attend.

I needed a place that accepted my cat, too. This hotel was close to the tunnels linking Alameda with Oakland, which was a great location for me. The staff was very helpful, especially when my cat refused to leave her hiding place under the bed, when I needed to check out. The front desk person and the maintenance person helped me get her out! Great place if you aren’t looking for spectacular The housekeeping staff is phenomenal! They go the extra mile to make your stay easy. The management staff is hit or miss on the “service with a smile” concept, but they never actually dropped the ball.
