quiet and clean I expected there to be the promised hair dryer - there wasn't. Had to go to Target and buy one. No utensils or plates. Nothing. NaDa. Had to go buy them. Continental breakfast was a JOKE. A stale spongy muffin and a protein bar. Second day was the same stale muffins and an apple. No real continental breakfast. Room was clean, though, and quiet.

Great Location, Great friendly staff, Great room We throughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was overly friendly with us and willing to do anything to help us out. The rooms have been updated so all the carpet and furniture and paint are fresh and new.

Great place to start a San Francisco adventure from! Only thing missing is restaurants within walking distance.

Short 3 day stay. Very nice hotel good space for a weekend close to Oakland center and Berkeley. Nice view.

Great location Accommodations were fine. Pets are apparently allowed which I guess would be OK if they're not barking at 5:00AM...they did, once. Another in our group booked a room (non-smoking/aren't they all?)and was given a smoking room which of course smelled smoky. Hotel was full so there was no option to change. Not good. I'd still stay there again but I'd seriously confirm the arrangements.
Concerts in the City The hotel was better than we expected. I will look to stay with Extended Stay hotels in the future. Very convenient and we felt safe.
California Getaway Nice place but not as nice as some hotels we have stayed at that are considered long stay hotels.
