Right by a lot of stuff and great location, maps will take you to the wrong location as new as it is but very easy to locate.

Beds were spring mattresses and very uncomfortable for sleeping on. We had 2 queen size beds and we both had a Very poor night sleep.

Noise. Refrigerator sounded like a tractor. Dogs barking after 10pm

The room was not cool. The AC would only go to 68 degrees and run for a minute then cut off for 5 minutes or so and then cut back for a minute. There was not a microwave to cook the grits for continental breakfast. The lady at the front desk was rude. The shower was nice.
