Floors have no carpet to absorb the noise. The people upstairs were running around all night. We called at 1am The staff member said he would cl & he must have they stopped for about 1/2 hr then it began again cld again about 3am he said he would let mgr. know. Spoke to her in am she said she would move us, but room would not be ready in afternoon. We were going to Nascar race. She said she would leave note. We got back late staff acted like we were lying. Stark bare-bones room, bed and bedclothes were fine.

Someone spent all night running through the hallway, stomping, and slamming doors. When I finally asked the front desk to do something about it they declined. As a result no one in my family got much of any sleep before our 6am flight.

The hotel is clean and friendly staff but what they charge for the dog is way to high it was almost $70 for the dog for 2 nights

Roaches in our room. Went to the front desk for a refund where the lady called the manager and said we have another guest with roaches in their room. She said they had just fumigated.

I would not stay here again or recommend. Bed was hard, pillows were hard and flat. Air conditioner in room noisily turned on and off every 15 min the entire night so none of us slept at all. Upon arrival, no front desk person due to her being outside attending to a guest whose car had just been keyed. Room was clean and spacious would be the only pros I can give to this hotel. The property was a good option for 1 night however it needs to be sprayed. There were a few little worm like bugs in the bath area.
