I left a lady name at the front desk ask for them not to let her up or anyone and the staff let the lady into the hotel and gave her my room number she banged at my door at 3 in the morning and I was not compensated in anyway for that

Our flight was delayed so we didn’t check in until 1AM. I booked and paid online because of all the amenities listed. When we were checking in we couldn’t hear the clerk because of 4 industrial fans blasting in the “lobby”. We had to shout back and forth to be heard. He said they had been flooded a few days before! He gave us a room on the 3rd floor and as we started to go he informed us that the elevator was broken! This property is poorly managed. We got stuck in the elevator then had to go up 4 flights of stairs with our luggage. The staff never informed other guests that the elevator was not functioning properly. The hallways were not air conditioned. The vending machine did not work properly and we lost $7. The stay was NOT pleasant and would not recommend.

Check in was horrible. Rude staff and rude welcoming. Seems as if it’s a migrant hotel. Room was damp, sheets were damp, towels were dirty and damp, termites in window. Sometimes it’s best to spend a little more to get a better experience. Floor was damp as well.

Staff wasn’t the friendliest. It’s ok I guess as everyone has their opinion Just not welcoming at all. Dogs barking, odd looking people as if it’s more of a place for the homeless or sheltered stay 3 out of 4 towels dirty. Room was musty. Sheets and pillows were damp. What do you expect for under $100. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner and soap and they have a tiny soap for the hands. Overall, my complaints might not be complaints to others but I won’t be back

I could not get any service. They didn't even have bowls, spoons or forks, let alone anything to cook with. Suite! LOL We even supplied our own coffee pot! Why have a kitchen that is EMPTY.
