The building needs to be updated, alot of wear and tear in high traffic areas and elevators. Rooms are good size for extended stays.
The front desk staff was friendly. The location was convenient to stores and highways
I loved the property. The only thing bad was the morning manager with her smug attitude.
Where is the breakfast???? We were greeted by Barbie, who explained where our rooms were, the gym and breakfast. She’s very personable and helpful. The room was on the fifth floor, minor flaws as expected for a hotel with frequent use. The bed was comfy, AC was ice cold and the room had basically a full size kitchen. Went down at 7am for breakfast… there was none. Went back down at 7:30. Nothing. No one at the counter to even ask. I like that it was affordable
Our room did not have sheets or blankets on the beds. I had to ask for those things and make the beds myself. Also, the only food available for breakfast was muffins. Usually there is oatmeal, yogurt, and breakfast bars.
