The heating unit was broken in our room which made for a cold night sleeping in hoodies. They told us to just turn the unit off and back on and let it run for 15 minutes but turns out they had to replace the entire unit the next day. Room had done visible damage like a mirror being ripped off the bathroom door and an outlet left hanging by the bed. Staff was very nice, Barbie was very welcoming. I wouldn’t call what they serve breakfast. It was coffee, bagged pastries, old fruit, and some yogurt in a mini fridge.
