The staff was in a frenzy due to the change in hotel. Sheets were crumpled; dust sat on top of the bed frame; breakfast was packaged foods. Not impressed!

Employees are fantastic. I have never had anything but high praise for the Hyatt Place variety of hotels. Can’t say the same for the Hyatt Regency though. You have Better service at the Hyatt Place. Keep up the good work.

Nice Hotel LOUD room AC Everything was really good with one big exception. The AC in the room was loud so it woke me up every time in turned on so I got a terrible night's sleep.
