Staff is very friendly
Things were fine. Staff went above and beyond,
Came for a concert which was cancelled but enjoyed our time.
Shame I stayed at several of your hotels. I have to say the facility was not very clean. Spilled food in the elevator, heavy dust of hallway signs. The common area were just dirty.
Property had issues with staffing - no one to greet guest or check out at front desk. The property is a bit dated, but the rooms are large.
